Joe Feagin - Racial Desegregation: Success or Failure

Dr. Joe Feagin is an internationally renowned scholar who specializes in the study of race, ethnic and gender relations. He is the Ella C. McFadden professor of sociology at Texas A&M University. Dr. Feagin is past president of the American Sociological Association. His talk will discuss the current racial climate in the United States and examine what important issues still remain to be addressed to truly meet the promise of early desegregation efforts.
