Cover Stories: Roots, Resistance, and Resiliency

This exhibit will display various quilts that honor and highlight the history of African Americans. The quilts on display starkly depict the complex and dynamic history of African Americans by showcasing powerful imagery that will invite participants to reflect on important historical events, people, and places. Other museum artifacts will be on display, such as World War II uniforms and Ku Klux Klan regalia.
