Do you understand why an employee handbook is so important for a small business employer? In this free seminar, a local, bi-lingual Paychex Human Resource expert will focus on compliance issues while describing a well-written handbook.  Lunch is provided.

This seminar in Spanish will help you to understand the importance of having and maintaining an employee handbook. For example, you will learn about the concept of culture and why it’s important, the value of a well-designed handbook, the legislative foundation for developing a handbook, and best practices. This seminar also includes 5 key decisions required to start putting a well-written handbook together, and other topics and perspectives business owners are sure to benefit from.
